The practitioner pathway is divided into 5 levels, each building on the last. You’ll move from foundational lessons to advanced practices at your own pace.

Level 1: Beginner (6 Lessons)

A gentle introduction to the Yoka System. Learn the foundations of breathing, posture, and mindful movement.

Level 2: Beginner (4 Lessons)

Strengthen your basics while gaining more confidence in your body awareness and flow.

Level 3: Intermediate (4 Lessons)

Level 4: Beginner to Intermediate (16 Lessons)
