§ 1 As a Yoka System community, we help and support each other.
§ 2 Teaching
Yoka System is the whole of physical, energetic and mental work done for a person to live a healthy and happy life. As Yoka System Teachers, we prepare well before the lessons so that our students can feel the energy/spirit of the series, start and finish the lessons on time, and do our best to help them understand the healing effect of the Yoka System.
We aim to enrich our community by using accurate, honest, sincere and courteous communication.
§ 3 Yoka System Teachers who meet the requirements are regularly posted on the Yoka System official website, novalectra.top. You can regularly check whether your name is on the site and contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] in case of any problems with your information.
§ 4 Always keep in touch with the founding representative, Hikmet Gürbüz.
If you want to organize activities such as Yoka System workshops, classes, retreats, etc., you must inform in advance about the subject via e-mail and get the approval of the board by e-mail. You can use the [email protected] email address for communication.
This will keep us all in touch with the Gurbuz family, and as the Yoka System community, it will bind us all together and carry us forward.
§ 5 Yoka Series, Yoka, Yoka System, Aqua Yoka, Yoka Therapy, Yoka Massage or any other word or phrase associated with the word YOKA cannot be used as a brand name.
For your accounts on social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Facebook, WeChat, you can only use the following naming format: “yoka.namesurname“ after completing the 200-hour Yoka System Expertise Program. No words other than name and surname can be used.
Examples: yoka.hikmetgurbuz, yoka.felixklimpel
You can continue to share your posts about the Yoka System on your own social media pages that do not contain a word about Yoka. You do not have to open a page about Yoka.
§ 6 Your Yoka instagram account "yoka.namesurname" is only used for topics related to Yoka and your personal life. Do not use your Yoka instagram account to promote other activities such as Pilates, yoga, fitness, etc.
§ Rules §5 and § 6 also apply to all other social media accounts.
§ 7 Yoka System cannot be shared as a whole series on social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook, WeChat, etc.
Short, entertaining videos with a maximum length of 60 seconds can be shared to promote Yoka System lessons and activities.
In these videos, no part of the Yoka System can be explained in detail and for educational purposes.
§ 8 You must obtain permission from Hikmet Gürbüz, the founding representative of Yoka System, in order to broadcast any Yoka Series or Yoka System content in channels that appeal to large audiences (magazines, television, online shows, large organizations, etc.).
§ 9 Broadcasting with visual content (Video On-demand) is only possible and valid for Hikmet Gürbüz. You may not save the Yoka Series (eg lectures, workshops, tutorials, etc.) for publication on the Internet or for any other distribution.
§ 10 Use of Logo and Trademark
We treat our Yoka logos and trademark respectfully and present them in the best possible way. We recommend working with a professional designer for your own posters, flyers and websites. The color or shape of the logos cannot be changed. The final version of our logos will be sent to you via email after completing the relevant Yoka System Specialization Programs. For example, only the Yoka Massage logo is transmitted after the Yoka Massage Specialization Program.
§ 11 The permission to use Trademarks and Logos is only valid for lectures, workshops and trainings. Logos and trademarks may not be used on your own merchandise, clothing or for any other purpose than the aforementioned. You can contact us if necessary.
§ 12 The name of your own website cannot contain any words or phrases associated with the word YOKA, such as "Yoka Series", "Yoka" or "Yoka System". However, you can use these words on subpages on your website. For example, you can include a sub-link (link) about the Yoka Series or Yoka System on the pages of your own website. However, before making a naming, consult Hikmet Gürbüz, the founding representative of Yoka System.
§ 13 Posting on social media or flyers.
Always use the following accounts and hashtags for each post you make on social media: #yoka #yoksistemi #yokasystem #yokserisi #yokaseries #yogikazim @yokasistemi @hikmetgurbuz
In this way, we can create a communication network on the social media platform.
§ 14 If you encounter any abuse or violation regarding the articles in this guide, please send an e mail to [email protected] or [email protected].
In case of violation of the principles in this guide, Hikmet Gürbüz reserves the right to withdraw the license of the person concerned.
