Sometime when areas of bags become worn, often corners, it can expose the infrastructure inside the piping. Exposed piping is an occurrence that we see a great deal of.
Our solution to this problem in Alston is to seal the area using glue, then fill the area using filler and leather dye to rebuild the area so itโs strong. This means we donโt have to de-construct the bag, keeping it as close to the original as possible. Which is always ideal.

Once we have received the information our team will provide a quotation to complete the repairs, all quotes include a collection and delivery using the Evri Network, we do not offer a drop in service.
When youโre happy to proceed our team will forward a collection label to attach to your parcel and the Evri Network will arrange to collect and send to one of our workshops.
When the item arrives our team will inspection the item, order any relevant parts that are required for your repairs.
All repairs are worked on in order received, we do receive high volumes of repairs, we do have to place orders weekly for parts as there are so many shapes sizes and lengths itโs hard to stock every part required.
Once completed we will request for payment and arrange for your item to be returned via the Evri Network, we are one of only a few that do not request the payment upfront before any works have started and only on completion.
