How it works

Send our team some pictures of the issue your having with a brief description of the works required to help our team provide a quotation.

Once we have received the information our team will provide a quotation to complete the repairs, all quotes include a collection and delivery using the Evri Network, we do not offer a drop in service.

When you’re happy to proceed our team will forward a collection label to attach to your parcel and the Evri Network will arrange to collect and send to one of our workshops.

When the item arrives our team will inspection the item, order any relevant parts that are required for your repairs.

All repairs are worked on in order received, we do receive high volumes of repairs, we do have to place orders weekly for parts as there are so many shapes sizes and lengths it’s hard to stock every part required.

Once completed we will request for payment and arrange for your item to be returned via the Evri Network, we are one of only a few that do not request the payment upfront before any works have started and only on completion.
